G - Goals: establish realistic, measurable and achievable goals.  If you don’t know where you are going, how will you know when you get there?  Then, once you have a goal, it has to fit with the rest of your busy life.

A - Attitude:  replace "I should" and "I can't" with "I can" and "I will."
  While we understand the demands and constraints you face, we help you develop a positive attitude about fitness and a healthy lifestyle.

M - Motivation:
  One on one or small group personal training provides motivation to pursue your goals and keep health and fitness as top priorities in your life.

E -Education: Our team of highly skilled and knowledgeable Personal Trainers are here to teach or re-educate clients the fundamentals of fitness and health.  By creating and implementing custom workout programs to meet specific goals and teaching proper nutrition and stress management, our deliver a holistic package to help you live a health and balanced life, and perform at your optimum level.

Body Fat Assessment - $10
A helpful tool to use as a baseline measurement for weight loss goals

Fitness Assessment - $85
Your Trainer will evaluate all aspects
 of your current fitness level: measuring lean/fat mass ratio, taking physical measurements, testing cardiovascular and functional fitness

Follow Up Assessment - $75
A mid-course correction is often necessary.  We keep you on track with periodic evaluations. valuation

Individual Training Sessions - $65
A 1 hour session with your personal trainer

Group Training for Two (Duo) - $100

Group Training for Three (Trio) - $135

Group Trainig for Four (Quad) - $180
