Body Fat Assessment - $10
A helpful tool to use as a baseline measurement for weight loss goals
Fitness Assessment - $85
Your Trainer will evaluate all aspects of your current fitness level: measuring lean/fat mass ratio, taking physical measurements, testing cardiovascular and functional fitness
Follow Up Assessment - $75
A mid-course correction is often necessary. We keep you on track with periodic evaluations. valuation
Individual Training Sessions - $65
A 1 hour session with your personal trainer
